Benjamin Angulo leads Nourmand Legal’s trial and litigation practice. He draws on his diverse background to handle matters involving injured individuals.

Ben started his legal career as a defense attorney. He represented investors, multinational corporations, and public entities against claims from injured individuals. He routinely defended his clients against alleged wrongful death, breach of contract, personal injury, constitutional violations, defamation, wrongful termination, or harassment claims. His experience included addressing issues related to liability and case exposure.

Recognizing the judicial system is a means of last resort for many, Ben transitioned his career to advocate for the injured. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Ben uses his diverse training to address claims involving personal injury and related disputes. He has experience working across a variety of cases and legal issues, and remains involved throughout each stage of the representation.

Ben received his law degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia (MIZZOU), where he learned the importance of compassion and advocacy. In addition, Ben became the first Latino Editor-in-Chief of MIZZOU’s internationally renowned Journal of Dispute Resolution. Ben also trained in human rights and international law at the renowned Institut International des Droits de l’Homme in Strasbourg, France (IIDH). Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
